Dr Arun Samprathi, a Graduate from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, and postgraduate from Government Medical College, Mysore. He then went to the prestigious Aravind Eye Hospital,Coimbatore & Madurai for senior residency and completed his D.N.B.(Ophthalmology). He later did his Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus (Squint) at Aravind Eye Hospital, to acquire skills required to examine and manage Pediatric eye diseases. Subsequently, he was trained in Squint surgeries at Liverpool, UK and passed FRCS (Edinburgh) exams in Ophthalmology in 2002.
