Hope Clinics as you may be aware has been the pioneer in the field of open access GI Endoscopy in this region since 1991. We have won the appreciation of thousands of grateful patients and their referring doctors. The stress on quality at our centre is unparalleled and we were the first in this region to supply photographic documentation since 1995. We have had many other firsts to our credit but suffice to say that technologically we are uncomparable. Patient safety is given a premium with us and our record speaks for itself. With addition of therapeutic ERCP in 1998 we completed our armamentorium in the GI endoscopy unit. We placed our first Self expanding metal stents in esophagus in 1998 and in the bile duct in 1999. We have had our share of complications which we have mostly managed at our own state of the art operation theater facility.
