Dr. Nitin Sood is a young eminent personality, currently practicing as a Senior Consultant Hematologist in the department of one of the most prestigious institute i.e. Medanta-the Medicity Hospital, Gurgaon. As a Consultant Hematologist at Medanta Cancer Institute his major area of responsibility includes assessing new patients with suspected malignances and other benign hematological disorders; while as a Bone Marrow Transplant Physician, Dr. Sood is an integral part of Transplant Unit, where over a period of one year he has successfully performed approximately 50 cases of both autologous and allogenic transplantation. Dr. Sood is actively involved in various teaching and academic programmes as a faculty for residents as well as nurses at Medanta,Gurgaon.
