Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre is a Charitable Cancer Hospital with State of the Art equipment and treatment facilities. It has been designed to have 625 beds when completed. It is expected to become fully functional in all aspects in next one year. It has been built with a vision to provide best of treatment facilities for all Cancer Patients on a Non-Profitable mode. It has reserved 10% of the beds for treating totally free of cost, any Cancer Patient who cannot afford to pay.

It is specialises in Surgical Oncology, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Radio diagnostics & Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Psycho Oncology, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Nutrition & Dietics department.
