A better source of monounsaturated fats is fish, almonds, and avocados. You should consume fewer meats that are high in saturated fat.

More hazardous trans fats are those that can be found in processed foods and fried foods. Although dairy contains saturated fat, I don’t advise folks to stay away from milk fat.

I advise using animal-based fats, such cheese, in moderation.
