Dr. Girish B Navasundi is a Senior Consultant & Interventional Cardiologist at Apollo Hospitals in Bangalore (Bannerghatta Road). He has considerable experience in his field of specialisation, having performed over 5,000 Angiograms (Femoral, Radial, Ulnar approach) and about 1,500 Angioplasties, both Coronary and Peripheral (Renal, Limb Vessels, etc). Dr. Girish Navasundi has served as Faculty at several National & Regional Conferences in the field of Interventional Cardiology & Preventive Cardiology. He has developed Hospital Protocols & SOPs, and also conducted several health camps and patient education programmes. Dr. Navasundi is Advisor to the Apollo Group of Hospitals for their International operations in Africa, and also Advisor to the Ministry of Health in Ghana, Malawi, and other African nations.
