Dr Sanjeev V Mulekar completed his MBBS and MD (Dermatology) degrees at Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai, India from 1973 to 1984. He worked at a private practice in Mumbai as a general dermatologist from 1985 to 1996 until he was trained in cultured and non-cultured melanocyte transplantation at Uppsala University, Sweden. Because early results were promising, he decided to focus his work on Vitiligo and other hypo-pigmented diseases. Mulekar Clinic is India’s first exclusive Vitiligo/Leukoderma centre, offering a comprehensive range of treatments for the management of Vitiligo/Leukoderma.
