Dr. Sujay Shad completed both his MBBS & MS from AIIMS Delhi, completed his FRCS-CTH super specialisation from the UK; and trained under some of the best minds in cardiac surgery, in some of the best cardiac centres in the world. As of today, he has more than 20 years of experience in cardiac surgery, patents in valve mechanics and papers published in the 'Annals of Cardiac Surgery'. He has previously worked at Harefield Hospital, St. Georges Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham in the UK. Today he practices at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. Some of the major surgical procedures undertaken by Dr. Shad are Heart Transplants, Coronary Bypasses, HOCM, Aortic Surgery, and Mitral Valve repairs and replacements to name just a few.
