She did her M.B.B.S and M.S in Obstetrics and Gynecology from GSVM Medical College, Kanpur. She is in practice since more than two decades and associated with prestigious medical institutions in India like Saket City Hospital and Fortis LaFemme as a Senior Consultant. Trained in Advanced Gynaecology Laparoscopic Surgery under the renowned Obstetrician & Gynecologist, Dr. James Daniel of USA and Dr. Lipkee of Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore, she has been successfully performing Advanced Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgeries and Hysteroscopic Surgeries. As an enhancement to her skills, she also received hands on training in ROBOTIC SURGERY at prestigious Fortis Escorts Hospital, Fortis Healthcare, New Delhi. Being an active member of IMA (Indian Medical Association), FOGSI (Federation of Obstetrician and Gynecologists of India) and AOGD (Association of Gynecologists of Delhi), she has been regularly attending the training and workshops in Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy field.
